Razor clam , scientific name Sinonovacula constricta, belongs to the molluscs family, and belongs to the class of the class Euphorbiae. The shell is brittle and thin, long and flat, with an oblique groove from the top and abdomen edge of the shell, hence the name constriction. Razor clams live in shallow sea mud and have two shells of equal left and right. The shell is crisp and thin, rectangular in shape, and a light green thin skin often grows on the surface. Razor clam meat is delicious and is a relatively common seafood.
