1Wash carrots and fresh yam and cut into large pieces.
2Wash watercress and set aside.
3Add 1 medium ingredient with appropriate amount of water and boil on high heat.
4Wash the crucian carp, drain the water, and fry in the pan until golden on both sides.

6Add watercress and boil on high heat for 10 minutes, then turn to medium and low heat for 1.5 hours.
7Add salt to taste.
