Peach Rosaceae or mountain peach ripe fruit. It is native to my country’s Shaanxi and Gansu areas. At present, it is widely distributed, and the main producing areas are Hebei, Shandong, Beijing, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Henan, Gansu, Zhejiang and other provinces and cities. According to the distribution area and traits, it can be divided into northern variety group, southern variety group, yellow flesh peach variety group, flat peach variety group and nectarine variety group. The fruit of the northern group has a sharp tip, and the flesh is brittle or soft and juicy; the fruit of the southern group has a round top and the flesh is soft and juicy; the flesh of the yellow-fleshed peach group is yellow; the fruit of the flat peach group is flat; the fruit of the nectarine group The fruit surface is smooth. People always regard peaches as a symbol of blessings and auspiciousness, and are known as “Shou Tao” and “Xian Tao” in the folk. Among the fruit resources, peach is called “the world’s first fruit” for its beautiful fruit shape and sweet flesh.
