Fig , scientific name Ficus carica Linn. Deciduous shrubs or trees, up to 12m tall, with milk. The Uyghur language refers to figs as “Anjuer”, which means “sugar buns on the tree “. Fig is a kind of rare fruit. It is cultivated in Jiangsu, Sichuan and other places in China, but its cultivated quality is the best in Atushi, Xinjiang. Figs are pollution-free green foods and are known as “the patron saint of human health in the 21st century”.
