Barracudas are larger in size and are offshore fishes. We are domesticated in the South China Sea, East China Sea, Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea. It is best to eat barracuda in spring . There is a saying among the folks that ” Eating Kailingsuo is too rare to say. Barracudas have a long and slender body, and the largest barracuda can grow up to 1.8 meters in length. Barracuda’s head is short and wide, with large scales. Barracuda’s dorsal side is bluish gray, ventral surface is light gray, and the scales on both sides have black vertical stripes. Barracudas live in coastal waters, river estuary or salt water. Barracuda likes to live in groups and feed on organic matter in the bottom soil.
