The head carapace is about 1.5 times as wide as its length, and the back is raised and smooth; there are obvious “H”-shaped indentations on the head carapace surface; the forehead has 4 protruding triangular teeth, the size and spacing of the teeth are roughly equal. The front edge has 9 protruding triangular teeth of similar size.
