Pineapple formerly known as Phoenix pears , native to Brazil, passed in the 16th century China, there are more than 70 varieties, one of the four famous fruit Lingnan. Pineapple containing a large amount of fructose, glucose sugar, vitamins A, B, C, P, citric acid, and protein enzymes thereof. Sweet and warm in nature, it has the functions of relieving heat and thirst, eliminating food and stopping diarrhea.
